How to Steal a Million is one of my all-time favorite Audrey Hepburn movies (next to Breakfast at Tiffany's of course, no surprise there). With the magic of Audrey, a wardrobe by Givenchy and a backdrop in France, this movie is simply...irresistible.

You could say that I am somewhat movie obsessed. I have favorites from practically every genre - if I were in Best Buy I would head straight to the "Family" section for Finding Nemo and Coraline, and then right over to "Drama," for Blood Diamond and The Prestige. I love the emotions that a great movie can evoke, and well, I guess I'm just always up for a good story.
There will be a short blog series on the SSD, where I will be sharing a few of my favorite movies that inspire me artistically. Films that are downright beautiful, not only the performances but also the costumes and art direction.
We are kicking off with Chéri, set in Paris in the 1900s and based on the novel by French author Colette. A heart-wrenching love story with the most dazzling and romantic sets and decor. It really makes me want to go back to Paris ASAP.

It's hard to believe 2012 is already over and we are well on our way into 2013!
There's lots in store for the New Year here at TC, and I am thrilled that we're starting off with the launch of our new site and new collection, L’Amitié.
I always make a "To Do" list at the beginning of each year, of dreams, wishes and goals, and try my very best to cross every one of them off. This year's list will consist of "volunteer more," "re-do Rosetta Stone because you've forgotten everything," and "finally sign up for that level 2 improv class" (no, I'm not switching careers to try and be a comedian - but that would be awesome!).
I want to thank my incredible team, my amazing customers and all of my friends and family for their love and support. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love. I hope everyone has the best 2013 and even if you don't make a list like I do, I hope you achieve your hopes and dreams - whatever they may be.
x. Tiffany
