If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in the same condition you received it in, unworn and in its original packaging along with its packing slip. Your credit or refund minus shipping will be given as soon as the return has been received. Tiffany Chou will not accept returns after 30 days from purchase date.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reasonable repairs will be made on items for up to 6 months after date of purchase. Tiffany Chou reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
