TIFFANY CHOU reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Website. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Website after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
We ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the TIFFANY CHOU site immediately.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Jewelry and Accessories:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in the same condition you received it in, with tags attached (if applicable), unworn and in its original packaging. Your credit or refund minus shipping will be given as soon as the return has been received. Tiffany Chou will not accept returns after 30 days from purchase date.
Sale, promotion code and custom order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reasonable repairs will be made on items for up to 6 months after date of purchase. TIFFANY CHOU reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please contact customer service for more information on exchanges, repairs and returns. TIFFANY CHOU is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Swimwear, Clothing and Intimates:
TIFFANY CHOU will gladly accept any unworn, regularly priced, and unused swimsuits or clothing for an exchange. Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
Email TC at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to reserve the item(s) you would like to exchange for. We will ship your new item(s) at no extra shipping cost once we have received your original order.
Please allow 5-7 days for your exchange to be processed.
We strongly recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Merchandise returned must not be worn, washed, wrinkled, stained, damaged or altered in any way.
- All tags must be attached and hygienic liners in place - having never been removed.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND OUR POLICY IS AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY.
- ALL INTIMATES, ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
